Hi, I’m Valora

I’m so happy you found me. My name is Valora Barlow. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Regenerative Detox Specialist and board-certified traditional naturopath, based in Cedar City, Utah.

I’m a member of the American Naturopathic Medical Association (ANMA) and certified through the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board (ANMCB).

I offer nutritional consults by phone, so I can work with people wherever they live. I use energetic testing to look at your overall well-being, hydration, energy and nutrition, and to identify your top five priority areas. I focus on areas that often get overlooked, offering wellness and nutritional support for people dealing with toxins, parasites, Epstein-Barr virus, Lyme, mold and dental issues. My hope is that our time together feels educational, encouraging and inspiring.

What I love most is the customization. Every person is unique, and I’ve never created two plans that were the same. Sometimes a consult brings a real “aha” moment, when something you already sensed about your body finally clicks.
