Turmeric and Cinnamon tea

Turmeric is known for it’s anti inflammatory properties.  I love this tea for helping muscle aches disappear.  1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a 1/2 cup of boiling water, let seep for a few minutes and then add milk, I prefer almond milk, honey, salt and pepper.  It’s satisfying.
