Hi friends,
I want to share a little story with you, because it’s a big part of why I do what I do.
A while back, I was working through my own detox. Like many of you, I had read the books, talked to people I trust and tried a handful of parasite formulas off the shelf. Some were fine. Some just didn’t feel right for my body. And none of them felt like the one. I kept thinking, “There has to be a formula that fits what I’m actually looking for.”
Making my own
As I looked closely at the labels, I noticed something. Most parasite tinctures use just three ingredients: black walnut, wormwood and clove. Those are wonderful herbs, but I believe different herbs offer different kinds of support, and three just didn’t feel like enough. So I created my own tincture and added more herbs to make a more comprehensive blend. What I ended up with is the formula I now use myself, and the one I share with clients who ask about it.
Here’s what goes into it, 14 herbs in all:
- Wormwood Herb
- Black Walnut Hull (tree nuts)
- Pau d’Arco Bark
- Parsley Root & Leaf
- Wormseed Herb
- Cat’s Claw Bark
- Clove Bud
- Barberry Root
- Tansy Herb
- Fennel Seed
- Cascara Sagrada Bark
- Cape Aloe Leaf
- Thyme Leaf
- Olive Leaf
I chose each ingredient on purpose. I kept the classic three, black walnut, wormwood and clove, as the foundation, then added eleven more herbs for broader herbal support. Please note that it contains black walnut, which is a tree nut.
Why I don’t just grab something off the shelf
There are a lot of products out there, and I’m a big believer in professional-grade brands. You’ll see many of them on my supplement recommendations page. But when it came to parasites, I wanted something I knew inside and out. Making it myself means I know exactly what’s in every bottle, because I’m the one who made it.
How it fits into a bigger plan
I want to be clear about one thing: a tincture is never the whole picture. When I work with someone, we look at overall well-being first: hydration, energy and nutrition. From there, we narrow it down to your top five priorities and the supplements that may support each one.
For some people, a parasite formula is part of that plan. For others, it isn’t the right place to start. That’s exactly why I love consults. We get to figure out together what makes sense for you, instead of guessing.
Parasites are one of the areas I focus on, along with toxins, Epstein-Barr virus, Lyme, mold and dental issues. These are areas that often get overlooked, and I’m passionate about offering wellness and nutritional support for people dealing with them.
Want to try it?
If you’d like to try the formula I use myself, you can find it here:
Microscopic & General Anti-Parasite Tincture ($29.00)
Please read the label carefully, and talk with your own health care provider before starting anything new, especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a health condition.
Not sure where to start?
That’s what I’m here for. We’ll talk by phone, so you can call in from home wherever you live. Together we’ll look at the whole you, find your top five priorities, and you’ll leave with a clear, simple plan. If it makes sense, we can talk about adding my parasite tincture to that plan.
Book a consult or call me at (435) 669-3562. I’m available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
Best wishes of health to you and yours,
Valora
